CFL Course Application and Registration
Only CNIC Form 6110/1 (CFL Course Application) will be accepted for the 5-day CFL course.
Before requesting a seat all documentation must be received and approved by the CFL Course Administrator.
The application must be received by the application deadline (refer to the CFL Course Schedule).

APPLICATION PACKAGE
The following documents are required as part of the application package:

CNIC Form 6110/1 (CFL Course Application)
***Incomplete application packages will be automatically disapproved and member will be required to resubmit a new application package.***
SEAT REQUEST/REGISTRATION:

Once the application package has been approved by the CFL Course Administrator, the Course Administrator will enter and confirm members seat through CANTRAC or send an email with instructions on how to request an official seat through CANTRAC (eNTRS).
IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING THE CFL COURSE:
CFL Attending Must:

Be E-6 or above (29 Dec 2025 OPNAV INSTRUCTION 6110.1L)

Waist-to-Height Ratio (WHtR) is at or below 0.5499 (Step-1)

Required to score and excellent or higher with no event scored lower than Good-low on the unofficial PFA in order to remain in the class
- Note: If you do not achieve the requirements as stated above, then you will be dismissed from the class with instructions to return to your command
- Medical waivers will not be granted and/or accepted for the PFA or class PT sessions. Must be able to perform all aspects of the required exercises for the week.
- Attend ALL 5-days to receive the certification, no exception
- Required to take both an “open book” and “close book” test, which consist of 25 questions each and you must pass with a score of 80% or higher for each test in order to receive your CFL Certification
